The Arts and Media Division offers five minors: Art
History, Graphic Design,
Communication Arts, Music, Photography,
and Theater. The minor
provides an opportunity for students to broaden their educational
backgrounds.
Minor in Art History
Features
- Open to art and non-art majors.
- Students are exposed to basic principles of Art history.
- Students gain basic hands-on experience in gallery management
at the Southampton Graduate Campus Avram Galleries.
- Faculty are practicing artists with local, national and international
recognition.
- Extensive field trips to local museums, galleries and to New
York City.
