Is Marine Science for You?

Southampton Graduate Campus is located on the doorstep of the Atlantic Ocean in one of the most beautiful and ecologically fragile areas of the country. The Marine Science Program takes full advantage of the surrounding bays, estuaries, salt ponds, barrier beaches and open ocean that form a natural laboratory.

Our faculty possess expertise in an broad range of marine science topics, from fish to phytoplankton to invertebrates to marine mammals.  Our highly motivated and energetic students receive a solid marine science education that prepares them for the job market or graduate school.

Are you the type of student who enjoys hands-on learning and challenging academics?  Would travel courses to the South Pacific and internships in Hawaii interest you? Would you like the opportunity to participate in real science that will help solve real problems?

If so, then Marine Science at Southampton Graduate Campus may be for you.
