You may choose to apply electronically, if your browser can
handle on-line forms, or to download
the text of our forms, fill them out, and mail (or fax) them
back to us. If you choose the electronic applications and if
your browser can handle the split-window displays known as
"frames" you will see the screen split into two windows. The
upper one displays the form, the lower one a list of courses.
You may use the lower window to look up information about courses,
etc., that you need in order to complete the form. You may resize
the windows to suit your convenience by dragging up or down
the horizontal bar between them. (Place the cursor on the bar,
and hold down the standard mouse button -- usually the left one --
then drag.)
