Accommodations

Accommodations:

Conference attendees are housed in a dedicated residence hall just a short walk away from the workshop classrooms. The residence hall rooms are modest but comfortable. There are a limited amount of single rooms (most are doubles) and all bathrooms are shared. We do everything possible to ensure that roommates are compatible. If you would like to room with a friend, both of you should make the request on the registration form.

Internet access, phone jacks and electrical outlets are available in all rooms. Parking is available near the residence hall. The dorm is smoke-free and pets are not allowed.

Conference attendees should feel free to use the facilities on campus, including the tennis courts and weight room.

There are also local inns and motels to choose from, although prices are higher during the summer season. Also keep in mind that traffic increases during the summer season.
