The B.S. in Accounting, which is approved by the State of New York and exceeds the academic standards required for accounting programs set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ICMA), provides the expertise you'll need to pursue a career in public, private and governmental accounting. Course curriculum is geared to prepare you to sit for the New York State Certified Public Accountant's examination. Faculty are experts in their fields and working professionals providing you with the very latest industry trends and regulations. They also act as guides and mentors in helping you to decide on your course of study and career goals. Cooperative education placements allow you to apply what you've learned in the classroom to Òreal lifeÓ working situations.

The B.S/M.S. in Accounting combines the undergraduate and graduate degree into a 5-year, full-time program of study. Curriculum emphasizes both communications and analytical skills., a strong general knowledge of business operations and management, and the option to specialize in a particular area of interest. This program can also be completed on a part-time basis.

The M.S. in Accounting prepares you for careers in public accounting or industry. It is intended for students who have completed an undergraduate degree in accounting at an accredited college or university and provides a learning environment which stresses the importance of analytical and creative problem solving , high integrity and a strong work ethic. The program is designed to provide an intense approach to the field and is particularly useful to the professional who is already practicing and is seeking career advancement or diversification
