Directions
to the Campus
BY CAR:
From New York City and other points west of Southampton-Long
Island Expressway (Route 495) east to Exit 70. Turn right at
end of Exit ramp onto County Route 111 and follow to Route 27
east (Sunrise Highway). Take Route 27 east to Exit 65S (Hampton
Bays). Turn left at light onto Route 27A and proceed for six
miles to Southampton Graduate Campus on left.
From
New England-Take Route I-95 South to the Throgs Neck Bridge.
Keep right on the bridge. Follow signs for Eastern Long Island,
Cross Island Parkway. Exit onto Cross Island Parkway. Follow
signs for Eastern Long Island (Route 495). Exit on Route 495
East (Long Island Expressway). Stay on Route 495 to Exit 70.
Turn right on Route 111. Follow to Route 27 East (Sunrise
Highway). Take Route 27 east to Exit 65S (Hampton Bays). Turn
left at light onto Route 27A and proceed for six miles to
Southampton Graduate Campus on left.
From
New England Via Cross Sound Ferry-From the ferry dock,
turn left on Sound Avenue, Route 48. Follow this road all
the way to the intersection of County Route 105 (about 45
minutes from ferry). Turn left on Route 105. Follow to traffic
light at intersection of Route 24 (Flanders Road). Turn left.
Follow to Route 27 East/Montauk. Continue on Route 27 to Southampton
College (Exit 7). Allow 1 hour to drive from Orient Point
to College.
Ferry
Information-Ferry service is available from New London,
CT to Orient Point, L.I., or from Bridgeport, CT to Port Jefferson,

TRAIN:
The Long Island Railroad stops nearby. For current schedule

BY
PLANE:
Kennedy Airport is on Long Island, 2 hours from Southampton
College. The Long Island Airport Limousine Service (L.I.A.L.S.)
provides car service from New York airports.
Call
(631) 234-8400,when you arrive at the airport, or pick up
the L.I.A.L.S. courtesy phone at the baggage claim area for
further instructions. Buses leave from the airport once an
hour.
LaGuardia
Airport, also on Long Island, is 1 1/2 hours away from

Transportation schedules, fees, and arrangements are exactly
the same.
MacArthur
Airport is about an hour from Southampton Graduate Campus. See

Newark
Airport in New Jersey is about three hours from Southampton
College. You can take the airport shuttle bus from Newark
Airport to Port Authority Bus Station in New York City. Port
Authority is across the street from Penn Station (railroad),
where you can get a train directly to the campus. It's a 1/2
hour ride to Port Authority and two hours from New York City
